13.2 Guarantee and monthly services are provided as best attempt in other words we will attempt to continue to provide the best solutions for our clients to keep continuously ranked and optimized in the directories their local business listing is placed in.

13.3 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Web site for your own use on the following basis:

5.6 We carry no liability for information that is incorrectly provided, or added to listings. We attempt to verify all information before submissions occur. In the event that there is errors on data we will update the data at no cost if the issue is on our end. If the issue occurs from incorrect information being provided to us from you there will be a fee involved to correct the listings.

5.7 There are no guarantees expressed or implied on ranking or placement on any engine, or business directory with business listings, web sites or any other services with ranking or enhancement involved. We give our best attempts to optimize your ads for more likely hood of success in regards to your local business ranking.

5.8 Optimization is on a month by month basis, or contractual basis. Discontinuing monthly services will stop all monthly optimization to your listings and will cancel out monthly statistic reports for your business, syndicating (publishing) reviews for you, providing an ad free business page for your company, that the business page may be discontinued at any point monthly fees are not paid. To restart monthly services there will be a $300 fee charged to your account as the account must be reconfigured and reoptimized to its original state.

5.9 By registering for services you agree to all 3rd party terms and conditions, and privacy policies for listing your business.

5.10 By registering you allow us to act as your mediator and representative between your business, and business listing agencies.
